The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

On Costumes Galore, you may cancel your order for any reason up to 30 days for a full refund as long as your products are unused and unopened.

If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement.Address is below.

Due to the personal nature of some of our products, we are unable to exchange or make a refund on some types of products, which include:

All tight fitting LATEX garments are non-returnable.

BRIEFS and all intimate products the company shall deem unsuitable for return. Please ensure your own undergarments are worn when trying on items of clothing.

It is not our policy to issue refunds on goods due to unsuitability, but they may be exchanged if returned within 7 days of invoice date, unused, in their original condition and packaging and postage paid for by you the customer.

Goods deemed as damaged in transit or faulty due to manufacture, should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days, for an exchange.

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All good returned MUST BE UNUSED due to strict hygiene regulations.

If the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to withhold a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Exchanges will only be made on a like for like basis.

When returning goods please keep a record of posting.
